Desiccated Coconut Flakes is made from 100% raw white coconut meat (copra) inside dried coconut. The coconut meat is grated with brown skin, then processed into flakes with consistent thickness.

Produced with modern equipment, our Desiccated Coconut Flakes retains the natural aroma and fresh taste of coconut. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and essential nutrients including carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins, fats, iron, and phosphorus.

Perfect for toppings in baking of biscuits, cakes, cookies, and other food products.
